Salon Policies
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we require at least 48 HOURS NOTICE to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If cancelling or rescheduling occurs in less than 48 hours, a fee will be charged. Appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled services. Payment is due prior to rescheduling future appointments. If you feel sick we ask that you please stay home.

Appointment Reservations
We are an appointment-based salon & each stylist books their own appointments. We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to maintain your desired style & accommodate your schedule, as best as possible. If you are unclear of your future schedule we ask that you wait to book your upcoming hair appointments.

Confirmation Texts & Emails
As a courtesy, we will notify you of your appointment date & time upon scheduling. We will send reminders (via text or email) before your appointment, to give you plenty of time to notify us if you need to cancel/reschedule. Please confirm the appointment when you receive the reminder. Please inform us if your contact information has changed to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellation fees.
Etiquette
We kindly ask, out of respect for our salon team & guests, for all conversations to remain pleasant. This allows us to preserve an environment that protects relaxation and pure joy.
Child Policy
Children are permitted in the salon if they are receiving a service. For safety reasons & insurance purposes young children may not accompany you while you are having a service, babies are an exception. We love children but we cannot assure their safety in our salon environment & we do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Thank you for understanding.

Service Adjustment & Return Policy
We strive to offer guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your service, let your stylist know within 7 days of your visit and your stylist will make adjustments to your cut and color accordingly. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept exchanges at a full retail credit for 14 days after the initial purchase with receipt.​

PureJoy Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any salon guest for improper conduct, tardiness, no-shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate. By making an appointment, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions above.
